09/27/20 1:30 Solomon's Lutheran Church - ACS Relay for Life Fundraiser (rescheduled Event)

Join us Sunday September 27th at 1:30pm at Hammer & Stain Chambersburg for a DIY workshop and help raise money for Solomon's Lutheran Church - ACS Relay for Life! Customize your project in studio with your choice of stain & paint which will be picked the day of the event. 

 

*We do not require masks but you may wear them. The instructors will not be wearing masks. We are close together at the tables and do not have much room to social distance.* We do clean all tools in between classes and will try to limit the contact by providing disposable items. Please bare with us as we try to navigate through this new process. 

 If you would like to still support ACS Relay for Life and do a project but don't feel comfortable coming to the studio we can get you a kit to do at home. (place your order then wait for an email with further instructions regarding pick up and color selection). 


Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and snacks to enjoy during the workshop!

Inka Kitchen, India Café, and Marios Italian Restaurant are in walking distance if you would like to pre-order and pick-up before you come in. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start time.

 

 

 1 Person per project (2 people CAN NOT work on the same project)

***Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainchambersburg@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.  If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Choose your project design from the dropdown menu below. 
  2. Choose the correct event from the drop-down list. 
  3. If you would like personalization, input your info.
  4. Any other additional information  (if you would like to pick up a kit to do at home place home kit here and make sure you provide an email to contact you.)

 

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

 

 This is a wood workshop so your sign WILL have random cracks chips, knots, and other   NATURAL blemishes that give it it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional! Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be WALL worthy!
