As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register will be noted in your link to your event.

You MUST have at least 6 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. If you do not get at least 6 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your orders will be turned into Hammer @ Home kits for you to pick up.

Private Workshops will last about 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can participate so please be sure everyone registers.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this.

Pick your 3 project choices to offer to your guests. Only one specialty option can be picked per event. Each project has many design options to choose from.

Once you book your event and we make sue the date is available, a link for your party will be forwarded to you for you to share with your guests. Each guest can register on the link and everyone does not have to choose the same project or design.

How to Register

Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
