Birthday Party Deposit

Interested in having your child's birthday at Hammer & Stain Chambersburg? We offer two price options 

                                                Party Options:

  • $300 Stuffie Bar Party for up to 10 children and $30 per child after. Kiddos will get to stuff their own Stuffie which includes an adoption certificate & meaningful heart insert. Add-on options day of include recordable heart, clothing options and carry home critter box. 
  • $300 Splatter Tent Party for up to 10 children and $25 per child after 10. They will splatter their own 8x10 canvas personalized with their names. 
  • $320 Wood Fun Party for up to 10 children and $25 per child after 10. (Choose either 6"x24"Chunky Plank , 11"Small Round, or 8"x16" Shelf Sitter)
  • $430 Pillow Party or Larger Wood Party for up to 10 children and $35 per child after 10. (Choose either 6"x32" Single Plank, 18" Large Round, 20"x20" Pillow, or 12" Square)

We require a $50 deposit due at the time of booking and the remainder is due a week before the party. (deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel the deposit is forfeited). 

Please specify the date requested (check our calendar to ensure the date is open and we will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time).

Please specify the time requested ( we allow 2 hours for the party and you may arrive 30 minutes before the start time to set up food and decorations). 

Please choose the project option for your project. (each project has several designs to choose from and each child gets to choose their design and personalize)  Once the deposit is paid we will forward you a link for the party that you will share with your guests. They will go on and register for their selected project design and any personalization. 

Everyone must be registered one week before the party.
