HOW TO REGISTER:

Choose your project design from the dropdown menu.
Complete the personalization form with the details needed to prepare your stencil (example: last name and established date).
- Paint and stain color selections are only required if you choose the Take Home Kit or Make It For Me option.
- Please note: Changes to the design shown may result in a custom design fee.

CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS:

Simple word substitutions within the existing design and layout can typically be made at no additional cost.
Significant design changes or new custom designs must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event.
If approved, a $25 customization fee will apply.

WORKSHOP DISCLAIMER:

This is a wood workshop, and your sign will include natural characteristics such as knots, cracks, chips, and other imperfections that make each piece unique. Some peeling may occur.

We do our best to ensure the final product looks intentional and beautiful, but please remember—no sign will be perfectly uniform. Each one is handcrafted and truly one-of-a-kind, but definitely wall-worthy! ✨

Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, any amount paid may be transferred as a credit toward a future workshop. With the exception of any catered event or collaboration event with a guest instructor.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
